SRSP has established full coverage across all 65 union councils of Swat district, representing one of its most expansive operational areas. The program has successfully mobilized communities through the formation of 3,988 local organizations, including 2,556 male and 1,432 female community organizations, collectively engaging 96,385 households. This remarkable participation demonstrates strong community ownership and the program’s effectiveness in fostering grassroots development.

The institutional framework extends across multiple levels, with 394 village organizations (292 male and 102 female) supported by 13 Local Support Organizations and 90 specialized Interest Groups. This comprehensive structure ensures inclusive decision-making and reflects SRSP’s commitment to gender-balanced participation in development processes.

Capacity building efforts have reached 38,326 individuals through targeted training programs. Leadership development initiatives have trained 28,650 participants (17,023 men and 11,627 women), while vocational skills programs have equipped 9,676 individuals (5,331 men and 4,345 women) with practical competencies. The balanced gender participation in vocational training highlights the program’s success in promoting women’s economic empowerment.

Infrastructure development has transformed the district through 529 completed projects with a total investment of PKR 1.93 billion. The portfolio includes 161 drinking water supply schemes, 62 communication projects, 25 irrigation systems, 58 sanitation facilities, and 110 micro-hydro plants, significantly improving living conditions for 122,746 households. These interventions have addressed critical needs in water access, connectivity, agricultural productivity, and renewable energy.

The microfinance component has disbursed PKR 35.61 million in retail credit to 941 beneficiaries, while the Community Investment Fund has allocated PKR 22.20 million to 1,765 recipients. These financial services complement the physical infrastructure and capacity-building efforts, creating a holistic ecosystem for sustainable development.
