Summary

SRSP’s HRDC was established in 1994 to promote community education and livelihood skills within the KP and merged districts, offering certified training courses in both technical and vocational skills to youth, women, farmers, potential/semi-skilled and small-scale entrepreneurs etc. The Center has state-of-the-art facility and services comprising of well-equipped laboratories, a residential portion for trainees, a pool of master trainers, and well-established curriculum

In affiliation with the Trade Testing Board, Skills Development Council, and City and Guild Institute (of the UK), 544,372 men and women have been trained in more than 40 employable skills. Recently, it has introduced new courses with an increased focus on enabling youth improve digital literacy and marketing skills.
