SRSP is committed to fostering jobs, increasing income, improving market structures and alleviating poverty by developing small scale enterprises and selected value chains.
Up till now 9,476 new enterprises have been established in sectors like retail business, agriculture, livestock, textiles, handicrafts, services, renewable energy and e-commerce, engaging both men and women to create 8682 clients and 709 enterprise groups.
SRSP has developed and strengthened over 20 agri-based value chains in KP including the Merged Districts. Over 7,000 men and women have been part of the initiatives. These include value chains of olives, honey, persimmons, pears etc.
Moreover 125,998 members and clients, 47,732 of these women, have been given Enterprise development training in market research, financial literacy, risk management, marketing, legal compliance and many such fields to enhance employability and foster entrepreneurship within the communities
