To bring #together #representatives from the Local Government Elections & Rural Development Department KP and community members from the #Merged Districts (MDs), #SRSP organized a #linkage #development #workshop under the European Union in Pakistan funded #AUP project in #Peshawar.
During the workshop, the Director of Operations and Policies, Local Government Department KP, shed light on the functions of the local government for community uplift. Furthermore, the #CEO SRSP and #COO SRSP highlighted the organization’s history and its alignment with the ##principles of #community-driven development, actively collaborating with the government.
The initiative aimed to #strengthen #ties with the local government for more effective and #sustainable #development in #merged districts and #ruralareas.
