
Our CEO, Mr. Masood Ul Mulk is a leading Pakistani expert on humanitarian aid and a renowned development practitioner who has served in the development field for over 35 years. He has previously served as the Regional Program Manager of Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) in Chitral.
Masood Ul Mulk has led Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP) since 2001, and Board of Directors has acknowledged his contribution in transforming SRSP into the well-resourced, widely respected organization today.
His pioneering work with AKRSP, and later leadership in SRSP, won both the organization the ‘Green Oscar’ Ashden Award for increasing energy access in one of the world’s most remote, dangerous and in hospitable areas.
Masood Ul Mulk has worked on assignment with UNDP New York, UNDP Pakistan, IFAD, ICIMOD, IIED, SDC and DFID. Masood is also a public speaker who has spoken at Cambridge University, Pakistan Society London, UN humanitarian Appeal, and World Bank UNDP events at Dehli and World Water Summit at Istanbul, and at Geneva Humanitarian moot.
