SRSP has achieved full coverage across all 37 union councils of Lower Dir, establishing 2,620 community organizations (1,680 male and 940 female) representing 61,458 households. The program has formed 50 village organizations (37 male and 13 female) supported by 3 LSOs and 32 Interest Groups, creating a strong institutional framework for local development.
Capacity building has reached 27,946 individuals, including 20,772 managerial trainees (12,648 men and 8,124 women) and 7,174 vocational trainees (4,915 men and 2,259 women). Infrastructure development includes 307 projects worth PKR 310.85 million, featuring 62 water schemes, 75 communication projects, and 26 irrigation systems, benefiting 71,857 households.
The Community Investment Fund has disbursed PKR 0.89 million to 74 beneficiaries.
