SRSP has established a significant presence in the Lakki Marwat district, operating in 22 out of 33 union councils. The organization has successfully mobilized communities through the formation of 91 Community Organizations, comprising 74 Male COs (MCOs) and 17 Female COs (WCOs), representing 1,871 households. These grassroots institutions serve as platforms for collective decision-making and community development, though the district currently lacks formal Village Organizations (VOs) or Local Support Organizations (LSOs).
The capacity-building program in Lakki Marwat has made substantial progress, reaching 10,281 individuals through comprehensive training initiatives. This includes 7,867 managerial trainees (4,724 men and 3,143 women) and 2,414 vocational trainees (2,120 men and 294 women). These programs are designed to strengthen local leadership and enhance livelihood opportunities, with particular attention to increasing women’s participation in skill development activities.
Infrastructure development efforts have resulted in the completion of 118 Community Physical Infrastructure (CPI) schemes across the district. These projects include 16 drinking water supply systems and 35 sanitation initiatives, among others, with a total investment of PKR 56.1 million. These interventions have directly benefited 20,253 households, addressing critical needs in water access and public health infrastructure.
